Near Cologne the Godorfer harbour should be developed. In addition a big piece of nature on the Rhine should be destroyed. The surfaces which can take up the water masses with high water should give way to industrial arrangements. The worst in it, to the Cologne town council lies were dished up. The Godorfer harbour works below the capacity border and should be developed only to be able to close the Deutzer harbour to which the upper ten thousand should give way to the villas.
